Desi49 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using desi49's services. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and desi49 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering an account, logging in, or using any part of desi49's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
The desi49 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, users automatically confirm that they have reached the required age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. desi49 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify compliance with the minimum age requirement.
This platform operates for users in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of desi49's services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. desi49 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform outside permitted jurisdictions.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on desi49. Duplicate registrations using the same or different information are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised or your password has been exposed, please contact our support team immediately.
Desi49 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Be vigilant against phishing attempts that may impersonate desi49. Only access your account through the official platform website, and never share your login details with anyone.
- Registration with an active Malaysian phone number is mandatory.
- False or incomplete account information may result in account suspension.
- One account per phone number, IP address, and device.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users agree to use the desi49 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and wagering purposes. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the desi49 platform and may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
- Using a false identity or assuming another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Transferring funds to another account to circumvent bonus rollover requirements or verification obligations.
- Conducting financial transactions related to money laundering activities.
- Abusing promotional offers or bonuses through multiple accounts or unauthorised methods.
- Using unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Sharing or selling your account to any other party in any form.
Desi49 reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Any violations will be acted upon in accordance with the platform's prevailing policies.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit
All deposits and withdrawals on desi49 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and local online banking. Deposits are typically processed within minutes upon successful transaction confirmation. desi49 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Minimum deposit is subject to the current amount as stipulated.
- All deposits must originate from an account registered under the name of the respective user.
- Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. desi49 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all bonus rollover requirements and verification obligations have been fully met.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit.
- Processing time depends on the method and amount requested.
- Suspicious withdrawals may be held for further review.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Desi49 provides its platform services on an "as-is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that services will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or security issues at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, desi49 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made at their own discretion. desi49 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting activity on the platform. Users are encouraged to set personal limits and gamble responsibly in line with the guidelines of Responsible Gaming us.
The platform is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, natural disasters, or actions by authorities. We will, however, make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible when disruptions occur.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the desi49 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of desi49 or its licensed rights holders. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or exploit any platform content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from desi49.
Third-Party Links & Services
The desi49 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. desi49 does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to each party's respective terms of service.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Desi49 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity. Funds held in an account suspended due to a Terms violation may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of any investigation conducted.
Changes to Terms
Desi49 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
